Gina is one of the most sought out pioneers in the "Lived-In Color” technique, renowned in Los Angeles for specializing in iconic sun-kissed color. Redefining how to paint hair with her unique take on highlighting and balayage has garnered the likes of thousands of hairstylists and clients alike.
Most recently, she has created “Sparkles and Pops’ her definition of the ultimate California Lived-In Color that sparkles, shimmers and pops! Her hair education classes are open now for enrollment: Sparkles & Pops - Virtual Balayage Masterclass. The love of creating texture and movement in harmony with haircutting and painting has been Gina’s art form for over 25 years. Her meticulous work paired with her warm personality and passion, is why her clients love sitting in her chair.

She discovered her passion for hair at a very young age, watching her mother do hair as a young girl in New York City. Her interests sparked more while growing up in Los Angeles, inspired by fashion, music and culture. She found inspiration from celebrities to artists, to stay-at-home moms and everyone in between. Gina’s diverse clientele allows her to explore so many different looks all rooted in #SparklesandPops! "Doing what I love, making people feel good - it brings me happiness." Gina has been a hairstylist in the most exclusive and top salons in Los Angeles, most recently the popular Ramirez Tran Salon in Beverly Hills, working alongside founders Anh Co Tran and Johnny Ramirez. She is now working out of her own personal studio and absolutely loving it!
